Public Biography

Brennan Schoenfeld is the chief executive and co-founder of Sentigram, the San Francisco-based crypto greeting card company. He has held the position since the company’s founding in 2022.

Mr. Schoenfeld, 33, holds a Bachelor of Science in symbolic systems from Stanford University, where he wrote a senior thesis titled The Economic Properties of Sincerity. He spent four years as a product manager at Square, working primarily on consumer-facing payments products, before leaving to co-found Sentigram with Anya Korhonen, a former colleague.

He has been profiled in Wired, Fortune’s “40 Under 40,” and the trade publication Token Quarterly, which named him its 2025 “Founder of the Year” in the consumer category. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has appeared on three separate panels titled some variation of “Beyond the Card: The Future of Saying How You Feel.”

Mr. Schoenfeld lives in the Mission District of San Francisco. He is engaged to be married in October 2026, an occasion that Sentigram has confirmed will be commemorated with a custom Wedding Coin minted live during the ceremony and visible to attendees on a discreet screen above the altar.
